Amy Crisp, MS, RD, CDCES
Registered Dietitian since 2008
As a Registered Dietitian (RD), Health Coach, and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), my passion is helping people reach their optimal wellness goals.

I am a University of Maryland College graduate with a bachelor's in Dietetics and Nutrition. I completed the professionally supervised practice at Virginia Tech, and I have a Master's in Nutrition from North Carolina Central University.
My approach as a Dietitian and Health Coach is to partner with my clients as they refocus their lifestyle choices and explore new ways of mindful, healthy living.
Through education and one-on-one coaching, I work closely with clients, teaching them new ways of integrating a balanced mind and body relationship. Together, we create attainable and lasting lifestyle changes for well-being.
I love watching my clients move from uncertainty about changing their health wellness to a mindset of "I can do this!"

When I am not coaching clients, I'm caring for my two giant Great Pyrenees, Samson and Delilah, in my native hometown of Durham, North Carolina.
